Lyrium Addiction

Lyrium causes the user to grow disoriented, incapable of distinguishing memory from present, or dreams from waking. They frequently become paranoid as their worst memories and nightmares haunt their waking hours. Other known side effects include obsession, dementia, and eventual memory loss. Symptoms of Lyrium cravings include weakness, headaches, forgetfulness, an unquenchable thirst, and cold hands. Additionally, prolonged exposure to Lyrium can lead to a variety of genetic mutations and enhanced cognitive abilities.
