Pavana

Pavana is the essence of Air and Spirit. It is one of the four primary essences known as the Tesseri. In Arcanimancy, it is also known as "Pathos".

As the essence of Spirit, Pavana is an otherworldly building block that makes up a being's immaterial and immortal self. The spirit is said to be largely responsible for personal identity and personality, and it is what travels through The Lifestream after the death of the physical body. The spirit is most easily effected by divine and occult spells.
