Writs of Equivalence

A collection of legal documents that ultimately granted other foreign species the same legal status as elves within the Kingdom of Zarthura. Notably, these documents have not yet been specifically amended to apply to the Eternian Empire, leaving their legality largely open to the interpretation of individual Senators.
